Bayou City
Inspirational Film Festival

(back to "Hungry" page)

On August 7 - 10, 2008, my buddy Pish (Mike Piscioneri) and I attended the Bayou City Inspirational Film Festival.  It was the first festival I attended as a filmmaker and I was very excited to be there.  "Hungry" was lucky enough to win Best Silent Film, so that was pretty cool.  You can see pictures from each day below.

August 10, 2008 - Here's the hotel and the flight back from Houston, Texas!  As you can see, Pish is SUPER EXCITED!

August 09, 2008 - Here is the third day of the festival.  You can see my old US Navy buddy Tony as well as Deron with his wife and new beautiful baby.  They all came to today's screening of "Hungry."  You can also see some of the winners and a few pictures of me picking up the Best Silent Film award.

August 08, 2008 - Here are pictures of the second day at the film festival.  You can see some terrible pictures that Pish took when I was chatting on a panel of filmmakers and also some empty spaces where films were being shown.  There were a lot of films, a few rooms, a lot of chairs, and very few patrons...

August 07, 2008 - Here are some pictures of the flight to Houston, Texas and also some from the first night at the Bayou City Inspirational Film Festival.  My friend Pish (who played the "Rich Man" in "Hungry") accompanied me to the festival...I'm the handsome one in the pictures!
