Today was Jin's birthday.  We had cake and a good time!  We tried to open a bottle of wine but it was stored in the upright position so long that the cork was too dry.  We stabbed the cork and broke it into the bottle then drained the wine with coffee filters.  Coffee wine anyone?

What I learned today about Korea:  1)  This is the 2nd year in a row that I celebrated Jin's birthday! (see here)
