Today was a great day. I finally got to sleep in and not have to get up early. I also washed my sheets & comforter (don't ask me why, but it makes me happy), and I made one of my favorites, if not my favorite dish...the famous "Trentini Linguini!" I invited Jin's family to come over & enjoy it with me. It's a cornucopia of Italian goodness. I take spicy Italian sausage, chop it up into little chunks and brown them. I also chop up garlic, mushrooms, onions, red pepper, and green pepper. Then I add the secret weapon...Prego. Sorry, I'm too lazy to actually "make" my own spaghetti sauce. Throw in some seasonings and fresh black pepper, add everything together, then put it on linguini and voila! Trentini Linguini! What I learned today about Korea: 1) I'm tired of trying to come up with attempted witty comments to put here.
