Today was another great day for cooking.  I, luckily, have some friends who can buy American ingredients for me so I can make some of my favorite dishes.  Chili is one of my most absolute favorite things to eat and cook.  I think it's a little funny because I use a lot of the same ingredients in my chili that I do in my spaghetti sauce.  Things like garlic, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, and onions.  Who said I don't eat vegetables!?!

What I learned today about Korea:  1)  I think a new world's record was set today.  My friends had American style chili over rice with kim chi on the side...that has to be a first!
